Craftyjoe is run by Julie Lucht de Freibruch. She has been a graphic designer and illustrator since 2005. Prior to that she worked for publishing houses in the UK, has a degree in Psychology and is qualified in Level A and B of Occupational Testing (Hogan Inventory).

Julie has lived all over the world, including: Australia, France, England, Bahrain, Zaire and Belgium. She now lives with her husband in France, near Bordeaux.
